Hyannis Kitchen and bath

This 1935 cottage on Cape Cod has undergone 3 separate renovations to it's original 3 room layout, adding a dining room, porch, and then full second story. Each renovation added a layer of complexity and made the already small kitchen a thoroughfare for the house. Working with a tight budget we reimagined the space by punching a new opening through to the dining room and cleaning up the kitchen with new fixtures, finishes and appliances. An existing bathroom was enlarged and renovated to fit into the newly freed space.
